- Inlet / Outlet: Ø 22 or 3/4 inch male
- Insulation: can withstand up to 250 deg. C
- Frame: Aluminium
- Heat Pipe: Heat Pipe plug in Vacuum Tube with Aluminium solar absorber
- Tube Support: Easily adjusted plastic heat pipe supports
- Manifold: Aluminium for reduced weight and increased UV light resistantance
Our evacuated tube collectors comprise a lightweight aluminum alloy manifold and aluminum alloy brackets. The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser. The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.
Advantage
1) Heat pipe has no water in the pipe. If one of the pipes is broken, the heat collector still could be used with slightly lower efficiency.
2) The Solar collector is designed to withstand pressures up to 0.6Mpa.-0.8Mpa
3) Easy to use, and convenient to install
4) Can be put in open land, on a roof or a balcony.
5) Inlet water hole connects to the tap water, and the outlet hole connects to the tap water, and the outlet hole produces pressure hot water directly
6) Efficiency: The advantage of solar tubes is that insulate the inner tube from heat loss. This means that once heat is absorbed, it is transferred to the water in the manifold, and not lost to the outside environment
