Q: How many years do your product warranties cover?

A: In most cases and unless otherwise noted, our product warranty is:

• 10 years product materials and technology
• 10 years output power assurance: no less than 90%
• 25 years output power assurance: no less than 80%

Q: Do you require a minimum order quantity?

A: No. Due to our constant influx of new inventory, you can order any number of modules and they will be shipped as needed to your site.

A: Yes. The first order you make is a 100% payable in advance and orders from then on are payable 30 days after receipt of the products.

A: Absolutely. Pretasol offers on-demand delivery, design services and around-the-clock access to customer service representatives. A: Yes, we offer all types of renewable energy products, but we specialise in solar thermal and solar PV equipment.

Q. How long have you been selling in Spain?

A. We are new in the Spanish market, but our the manufacturers, of our products are not. They have been making and shipping solar products for over 20 years in some cases.

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. First order: Prepay or COD, starting 2nd order onwards up to 30 days after receipt of the products. For orders of MW volume, special payment arrangements can be made.

Q. Do you also sell inverters, Racks, polemounts, ground mounts?

A. Yes, we sell everything that is required to install a complete solar thermal, or solar photovoltaic system.

Q. I am a builder and contractor, but I am not a solar installer yet, can I buy directly from Pretasol?
